Write to contact@cnh2e.com with the entry, what is wrong, and a source. Corrections that come with a document are applied at the next update, usually within seven days.
If a fact is genuinely contested by both parties, the entry is marked as disputed rather than deleted, so the record stays honest about what was public and what was challenged.
Only two kinds of request are honoured: a factual error, or a disclosure that was never public and creates a real commercial or safety risk. “We would rather not appear” is not one of them — every entry is compiled from material the company or a public authority already published.
